Element Bank Change Update as of April 2025

Element has recently made some changes with our banking partner to increase efficiency and improve deposit accuracy. Beginning in April 2025, we will no longer be accepting checks at our Bloomington, MN offices and are in the process of switching to direct deposit with JP Morgan Chase. We have setup a lockbox with the Bank to process any mailed checks as they are received. The new remit to address location is listed below under Pay By Check section.

With our new banking change, we also have new wiring instructions (download here) in case that is your preferred method of payment from Bank to Bank.

As stated below, our preferred method of payment is through our secure online portal that will give our clients the opportunity to choose the invoices they desire to pay and the method of payment, either ACH or pay by CC.

Please make these changes to your accounting systems as soon as possible to help us with this transition.

Wise Pay Portal

This is our preferred method of payment. From this portal you can view all open invoices, select which ones to pay, and schedule payments. You have the option to pay by credit card for a 3.5% processing fee or pay by ACH which is at no additional charge. Simply let us know if you would like access to the portal and we will send you an invite to get you logged in. ([email protected])

Domestic wire

Bank to bank wire transfers are available. See attached letter for the bank information.

Pay by Check

If you choose to pay by check, we have a new lock box address to mail the payment to. Please be sure to include the invoice numbers that the check is to be applied to in the memo area.
