We Know Training

Element’s training resources deliver program design and curriculum planning tailored to your organization’s needs. Our administrative and end user training prepares your staff to utilize the capabilities of critical business applications to their fullest extent. We customize our training materials for a variety of industry applications with legal professionals at the forefront of our training services.

Train Strategically

Training is a marathon, not a sprint. We continually train users on tech basics as well as new and additional features so everyone is well versed in all applications. Element uses a blended learning approach that supports various learning styles including live introductory courses, eLearning/on-demand, quick reference cards, and hands-on training. It is this formula of ‘best practices’ that has helped thousands of professionals step up their technology prowess.

Power User Training

During enterprise-level software implementations, we recommend training key individuals, power users, and operational leaders prior to the rest of the staff. This leaves them well prepared to use the new systems and better equipped to answer specific user questions. Creating internal champions who will help motivate the rest of the users once the software go-live is complete.

Train … to Drive User Adoption

User adoption is a challenge for many internal trainers and IT staff. But it does not have to be. We collaborate with you and your team on a plan for ongoing training support making your technology team well-versed in all functions of new applications. We work with internal resources to provide follow-up training and one-on-one sessions. This allows users to receive the support they need in a setting that complements their work style while providing consistent training refreshers. Easy access to learning resources drives user adoption and application efficiencies.

  • Our firm used Element Technologies to assist us with our NetDocuments migration and training. From the start the people at Element were friendly, knowledgeable, listened to our needs, and provided a transparent and well-organized budget. Their customer service is outstanding. There were no surprises and they even adapted well during the pandemic by helping us shift our training to a virtual platform instead of in person. I highly recommend Element Technologies

  • Craig is an expert in cybersecurity. His training is engaging, and he makes the content understandable which is not an easy feat with a room full of lawyers. Craig’s willingness to answer questions and talk through security with us has far exceeded expectations. Don’t think twice, hire Element.
