IT Services Team Leader

Brian Fladebo, VP of Client Services: Brian has dedicated the last 18 years of his career to helping businesses source and use the appropriate software and hardware. As the leader of Element’s Client Service Teams, he works hand-in-hand with clients to ensure all IT issues are addressed, no matter how complex. 

Brian specializes in strategic planning, Technology Business Reviews, Microsoft licensing, backup retention, and Office 365.

Who is on your Client Service Team?

Project Engineers

Responsible for the successful execution of all assigned client projects and work hand-in-hand with other Element team members and the client to make sure everything is running smoothly.

Field Engineers

The main onsite technical contact for all Element clients and are 100% committed to the best possible customer service experience. They are the clients’ ‘eyes and ears’ and make sure all technology needs are addressed.

Inside Engineers

Provide fast practical assistance to clients, responding to queries on a variety of technical issues and software usage questions. They act with a sense of urgency and provide excellent customer service to ensure expected service levels are achieved and exceeded.

NOC/RMM Specialists

Design and develop solutions to manage the overall internal Element Network and perform system integrations as well as managed services maintenance. These individuals help guide the team in the identification, testing, and selection process necessary to provide secure reliable networks.

Client Success Managers

Oversee successful client relationships based on the technical services and products delivered by the Element team. They manage all tasks, meetings, communications, and team involvement to ensure we exceed client’s expectations.
