Our goal was to eliminate the burdensome commitment of time and cost by providing a tool that facilitates the transition for eDOCS clients to the NetDocuments platform. Imagine Element Express as a reliable forklift, efficiently transporting a pallet of data from one platform to another.
To get started, clients download the Express application onto their designated computer. The documents and design elements from the current eDOCS environment seamlessly transfer to NetDocuments, maintaining the same structure, security, metadata, and more.
It's important to note that while these platforms have distinct features and terminologies, our team foresaw the need for user adoption. Therefore, we have included comprehensive training as part of the implementation package. This ensures that users can effectively leverage the NetDocuments platform and understand the new terminologies without any hassle.
